Custom Artwork
Can I get my own artwork on a canvas?
A: Yes, you can! Simply upload your artwork or photo on our website, select your size, and place your order.
What file types do you accept?
A: We accept JPG and PNG files. For best results, we recommend using a 300 DPI image.
Will you edit or adjust my image if needed?
A: We do not offer design changes once the order has been placed. However If your image is too low quality to print, we will reach out before production and you can submit a new image.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my item?
A:
- North America: 7–10 business days
- International Orders: Up to 20 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.
Do you offer order tracking?
A: Yes. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide.
Returns, Refunds & Changes
What is your refund policy?
A: All sales are final . We do not offer refunds on any orders, including custom or
non-custom products.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled . Production begins shortly after the order is submitted.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please email info@thecanvasstop.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no cost.
Canvas Quality & Materials
What type of canvas do you use?
A: We use premium, artist-grade canvas and high-quality fade-resistant ink.
Are the canvases ready to hang?
A: Yes. All canvases come stretched on a durable wooden frame and arrive ready to hang.
Will the colours look exactly like my screen?
A: Slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen brightness and colour settings.

A: We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major
payment options supported by Shopify.
