Returns & Exchanges

At The Canvas Stop, every piece is custom made to order. Because we do not carry pre-made inventory and each canvas is produced specifically according to the options you select, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind after an order has been printed.

If you realize you selected the wrong size or design, please email us at info@thecanvasstop.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correction you’d like to make.

If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update the size or design before it is printed. While we can’t guarantee changes will always be possible, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

Damage/Defects

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your canvas arrives damaged during shipping or has a printing defect, please contact us at info@thecanvasstop.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective area

  • A photo of the full canvas (front)

  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement canvas at no additional cost.
