At The Canvas Stop, every order is custom-made and printed on demand, meaning nothing is pre-made or mass-produced. Each canvas is carefully designed, crafted, and inspected to ensure premium quality before shipping. This personalized production process allows us to deliver unique artwork tailored specifically to each customer. We proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Processing & Delivery Time

We require 2–3 working days on average to create your order before shipping it. Once shipped, delivery time is typically 4–8 business days depending on your country or region. This timeframe does not include processing time. Please also consider holidays and high-volume periods, as these may impact delivery times.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, The Canvas Stop is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to address issues. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.

Returns

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, The Canvas Stop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
